FuseCRM is built by SoftCore Services, a team based in Romania. We work for firms that sell their time and want numbers they can check. We are just as direct about ourselves.
From working with services firms
We have worked with services firms on everything from implementation to audit, and met the same problems everywhere: hours lost between tools, work in progress calculated by hand, people promised to two projects. We built the platform that keeps all of it on the same data.
The team comes from implementation, security and compliance work, with audit experience in ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR. That shows in how the product is built: role-based access, Microsoft 365 sign-in, and numbers that are approved and locked instead of quietly changed.
